Assistant to Company Secretary 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assisting in carrying out statutory and administrative responsibilities of the office of the Company Secretary. 
• Assisting in preparation/compilation of working papers for the Board and Committees' Meetings. 
• Coordinating/following up with SECP, Company's auditors, bankers and legal advisors in various corporate and legal matters. 
• Providing assistance in ensuring compliance with the provisions of Companies Act. 2017. 
• Assisting legal team for preparation of documents and update legal cases. Qualifications and 


MBA/LLB from a recognized institution. preferably Chartered Secretary and having at least 15 years' post qualification experience of dealing with Corporate & Company Secretarial Affairs in a public limited company. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required. 

Age: Should not exceed 40 years 

Management Executive - Legal 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assisting in ensuring compliance with provisions of applicable laws.
• Drafting, renewing and vetting of agreements, contracts and other documents, coordinating with lawyers and handling litigation cases.
• Providing in-house legal advisory by analyzing and identifying legal risks and their implications. 
• Coordinating with departments within the Company and with external legal counsels for handling of legal matters. 
• Keeping management abreast of new laws and regulations and their Implications on the Company's business. 

Qualifications and Experience:

 LLB having at least 5 years' post qualification experience of working as a practising lawyer or experience in corporate legal areas. Preference will be given to foreign qualified candidates fully conversant with Pakistani laws and systems. Excellent communication skills especially legal drafting as well as good negotiation and interpersonal skills are required. Age: Should not exceed 35 years.
