Executive Director/ Project Director 

(MP-II/Eqt. to BS-20) Pay Package per Month Rs. 310,000/- 

Required Qualification & Experience 

• Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture and related fields 
• PhD and relevant certifications will be given preference
• 15 years work experience in urban sector ( including at least 5 years experience as head/senior management of an organization) Max Age 60

 2 Senior Research Fellow (Urban & Regional Planning and Infrastructure Development) 

(Eqt. to BS - 19) -Rs. 200,000/ 

• Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning / Infrastructure Development/ Civil Engineering . PhD and relevant certifications will be given preference
• 12 years relevant experience 55 

3 Senior Research Fellow (Spatial Planning, Climate Change & GIS)

 (Eqt. to BS-19) Rs. 200,000/- 
• Masters Degree Geographic Information System/ Resilience Science/ Disaster Management . PhD and relevant certifications will be given preference 
• 12 years relevant experience 55 

4 Senior Research Fellow (Land & Housing Management, Real Estate Management and Resettlement)

 (Eqt.. to BS-19) Rs. 200,000/- 
• Masters Degree in City & Regional Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Land & Housing Management, Real-estate Management, Land-use Planning and Resettlement 
• PhD and relevant certifications will be given preference 
• 12 years relevant experience 55

 5 Senior Research Fellow (Information Technology Management w.r.t. Urban & Regional Management)

 • Masters Degree in Urban Informatics & Analytics / Information Technology Management, Computer Science & related qualification
