Department: Retail Banking Group Reporting to: Region Head - Commercial

Job Description: Responsible for achieving the branch's multi-dimensional growth targets (deposits, advances & profit) by sales maximization through strengthening the existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities, while providing quality service coupled with efficient operational controls to minimize all risks by ensuring strict adherence to KYC/AML, SBP & Internal Policies. Processes and Credit ManuaVCirculars. Knowledge & Skills: Minimum graduate from a recognized university. Candidate must possess knowledge of Basic Financial Concepts, Basic Banking Principles, Practices & Procedures, Banking Operations, Regulations. and Risk Management. Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years of Branch Banking. Currently working as Branch Manager. Competencies: Efficient interpersonal. communication. and people management skills.

Position:

BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER

 Department: Retail Banking Group Reporting to: Direct: Regional Operations Manager Indirect Branch Manager

Job Description: Responsible for managing the smooth operations of the branch in compliance with banking regulations/policies and procedures with a view to minimize the operational risk and maximize profitability by ensuring the provision of quality service support in terms of product processing and service deliveries. Knowledge & Skills: Minimum graduate from a recognized university. Candidate must possess knowledge of Basic Financial Concepts. Basic Banking Principles. Practices & Procedures, Banking Operations, Regulations, and Risk Management. Experience: Minimum 4 years of work experience with at least 2 years of Branch Banking. Currently working as Branch Operations Manager. Competencies: Efficient interpersonal. communication. and people management skills.

Position:

CREDIT OFFICER/MANAGER 

Department: Retail Banking Reporting to: Credit Manager/Branch Manager

Job Description: Responsible for providing assistance and implementing sales strategies for managing assets and credit portfolio of the branch and achieving new-to-bank growth targets (increasing volume of asset portfolio) while observing strict compliance of credit manual. SBP policies, circulars, KYC/AML policies and procedures. Knowledge & Skills: Minimum graduate from a recognized university (preferably MBA). Candidate must  possess knowledge of Credit Risk Analysis/Credit Risk Governance Frameworks & Practices and SBP Prudential Regulations. Understanding of Banking Operations. Money Markets. Regulations and Risk Management. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of Banking experience. Currently working as Credit Officer/Manager. Competencies: Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.

Position:

TRADE OFFICER/MANAGER

 Department: Retail Banking Reporting to: Branch Manager

Job Description: Responsible for managing general and trade related transactions within branch and with TSC and liaison with SBP, Treasury & FX Group to ensure procedures and guidelines are being met in accordance with the Bank. Knowledge & Skills: Minimum graduate from a recognized university. Candidate must possess knowledge of banking and Forex Operations, Banking Laws. Regulations, and Risk Management. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of Banking experience. Currently working as Trade Officer/Manager. Competencies: Good interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.

Positions:

GENERAL BANKING OFFICER - SALES 

Department: Branch Banking RBG Reporting to: Branch Manager

Job Description: Responsible to achieve the assigned branch banking sales targets by generating deposits through NTB and deepening in the existing portfolio, also actively cross-sell of other consumer products within the ambit of Bank policies & procedure. Knowledge & Skills: Minimum graduate from a recognized university. Candidate must possess knowledge of banking products and processes. Experience: Minimum 2 years of Banking experience. Experience of Cross-selling & Liability Sales is mandatory. Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills. approachable and friendly with good communication skills (written & verbal). Also can work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
